Treatments & Specialties

All treatments are one to one with a licensed physical therapist. Therapy may include: Manual therapy techniques including soft tissue mobilization, scar massage, cross friction massage, trigger point release, joint mobilization, mobilization with movements, myofascial release, neural gliding techniques, stretching, muscle energy techniques. We can offer therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electric stimulation, biofeedback and TENS.

We provide instruction in corrective and therapeutic exercise techniques.  These are customized and may include spinal stabilization, postural re-education, running specific exercises, neuromuscular re-education, core stabilization, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitations.
